HELLA RELISH
This pickle relish has a balance of sweet and tangy flavors with crunchy, fresh-tasting chunks of cucumbers, onion, and sweet yellow peppers. It is made with apple cider vinegar and honey.
Flavorful and snappy, these zippy pickled green beans are great in salads, perfect alongside braised pork, and particularly good in a Bloody Mary. Use them to jazz up a veggie tray with something crunchy and bright. Perfect as a snack, they tend to disappear.

JUST THE BRINE
This is gen-u-ine pickle brine made with cucumbers, garlic, fresh dill, and spices. We let it do its osmosis magic and then filter it so you are left with pure, easy-to-drink, delicious pickle brine. Makes a great post-workout drink and cocktail mixer. We recommend adding a dash to a martini or a splash to a Bloody Mary. It also makes a great whiskey chaser.
We use beautiful rainbow carrots and our fancy sweet brine to create a slightly sweet, perfectly tender, and expertly spiced pickle. We celebrate love, joy, and belonging all year long. We make pickles for people who love pickles (our pickles are so good, even people who don’t like pickles, like our pickles).
Allie’s Perfect Pickles makes fresh, crunchy, tangy and delicious small-batch sweet pickles, dill pickles, pickled beets, pickled green beans, pickled carrots, and pickle relish. Every pickle we produce is 100% natural -- with fresh organic cucumbers, sweetened with honey, preserved with organic apple cider vinegar and packaged in glass, never plastic.
One day, not so very long ago, Allie decided to make a batch of pickles for her daughter Hannah’s college graduation party. So began Allie’s kitschy kitchen quest to reinvent a healthier version of the classic bread and butter pickle from her childhood. Many batches later, Fancy Sweet was born, and soon after that came Fancy Sweet & Hot, our Dill Chips (no honey), un-BEET-able, and Hella Relish. Hannah officially joined Allie in the kitchen and in the business. Right now, it’s a good bet this mother-daughter duo is sipping on pickle brine and deciding what to pickle next.

About Us
We are the mother-daughter duo and co-founders of Allie’s Perfect Pickles. We not only survived the rollercoaster teenage years, we came out close enough to start a business together. We cook together, travel together, fight politics together, and occasionally we get tipsy at brunch drinking Bloody Mary’s (loaded with lots of pickles, of course).
About Hannah Banks
Hannah Banks is a Bay Area native, born in San Francisco, raised in Berkeley/El Cerrito. She graduated with a degree in Psychology and Human Development from Eckerd College. Hannah now lives in a plant-filled, jungle-like apartment in Oakland. Scrolling through vegetarian food blogs, supporting small businesses and drinking sour beers bring her immense joy. She lives a minimalist lifestyle and is delighted by neutral colors.
About Allison Banks
Allison Banks was born and raised in Maryland. She made California her forever home after she graduated from UCLA and realized fresh produce was available all year long (hello artichokes). After 25 years in Human Resources, she quit her corporate job to make a better pickle. She brings the same fearless energy to the food industry that drove her success building technical organizations to scale. Allison lives in Berkeley, meditates and does yoga (whattaya expect). She has seven planets in Virgo.
